Returns & Exchange Eligibility Criteria
United States, Australia, United Kingdom & Canada:
For all items excluding “clearance” or “last sale” items, customers are entitled to one FREE return or exchange per original order within 30 days of receiving the order.
Any additional returns or exchanges, including those resulting from multiple size changes or placing new orders for the same item, may incur a USD $10 return shipping fee.
For “clearance” or “last sale” items, refunds incur a USD $10 return shipping fee, while exchanges remain FREE.
New Zealand: We provide a subsidised return shipping label for USD$15, which the customer pays. If you are exchanging for a different size, there is an additional $15 USD shipping fee to send the new pair.Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia: Customers are required to pay return shipping and arrange their own shipping label.
All Other Countries: Customers must arrange their own return shipping label and cover all return and exchange shipping costs.Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, or use our automated returns portal here.
- The Return/Exchange must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your items
- Note that the FREE Refunds and Exchanges do not cover dancing in the shoes. The purpose of the policy is to ensure the best fit. Dancing in the shoes will likely result in damage that will effect the return.
- Returned items must arrive in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, or in a different condition to the photos provided in the refund portal then a refund may be refused or only partially granted.
- Refunds do not include the cost of express shipping. This amount will be deduced from the refund amount.
- Additional returns or exchanges — including those created through repeated size changes or new orders for the same item — may incur a return fee.
- CLEARANCE or LAST SALE items are eligible for FREE exchanges but incur a USD$10 return shipping fee.

To be eligible for your return all returns must use the return shipping label provided by Pulse Dance Shoes and include the packing slip supplied with the return instructions.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn Pulse Dance Sneakers in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Significantly different from what is displayed on our website
You are entitled to a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a pre-paid return label.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@pulsedanceshoes.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Condition Discrepancies Upon Return
If an item is approved for return based on photos showing it unused and in original condition, but upon arrival is found to be damaged, worn, or in a different condition than shown:
- We reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
- If the damage is not due to shipping, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
- We will contact you with photo evidence and details before proceeding.
Timing of Return Approvals & Refunds
- All return or exchange requests are reviewed within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
- Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 36 hours of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- While most refunds appear sooner, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the funds.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number (starting with PULSE#) and email address used during purchase
- Select the reason for return/exchange
- Upload 4 clear photos showing all sides of the item
- Choose store credit, exchange, or refund
- Submit your request
- Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions
- After receiving your item, we’ll process your exchange/refund within 36 hours
Important: Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted
Exchanges
For a quick exchange, place a new order for the size you want and return the original item through the Returns Portal. Alternatively, you can submit an exchange request directly through the portal.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Stolen or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier and proof of delivery has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
- Pulse Dance Shoes is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
- We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders reported as stolen after confirmed delivery.
- What happens to a package after delivery (including theft or loss from a safe place) is outside of our control and responsibility.
We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout. If Shipping Protection is purchased and a package is stolen after delivery, customers may submit a claim through the Shipping Protection provider here for review.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for stolen packages.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
