Description
Flow White is the original all-white Pulse Dance Shoes sneaker: clean lines, clean contrast, and nothing on it that does not need to be there. Control, comfort and flow, in a pair you can wear from a Melbourne studio to a footpath outside.
Dance-Engineered Soles give you a smooth outsole with spin zones for stable, fluid turns. A 12 mm heel-to-toe drop in the sole helps balance and control, and the slim front sole keeps you close to the floor for precise footwork.
Ultra Lightweight means agile and flexible, so movement takes less effort. Learn more about our design here.
Cushioned Comfort is a removable memory foam insole. It takes the shock out of a long session and tapers at the heel, which adds a little height and mirrors the feel of a traditional dance shoe.
Breathable premium microfibre suede and a performance mesh lining keep the shoe light, durable and airy. Side vents move air through the shoe, which matters in an Australian summer class as much as it does on a crowded social floor.
Structured Ankle Support is padding around the collar that steadies and cushions the foot through a demanding routine. It softens to the shape of your foot over the first few wears.

- Paper on a hard floor, one edge against a wall.
- Stand on it, heel to the wall, in the socks you dance in.
- Mark your longest toe. It is not always the big toe.

I'm very happy with my Pulse dance sneakers. I ordered my street shoe size because my feet are wider. The sneakers were still a little big so I decided to return them for a half size smaller. I had no problem with the return. No cost to exchange sizes as long as they weren't worn. I am loving dancing in these. They have lots of cushioning and great for turning at my line dance outings. They are a tiny bit tight at the smaller size but I have no doubt they will conform to my feet before long.

It is my favorite dance shoes right now and I used to wear G-Francos and Fuegos in the past. I like how stable the ankle feels and the shoes provide ample cushion so that my feet are well protected with every step.
I like the stability of the shoes and the fact that it allows you to spin on it without it being extremely slippery. I also like the plain colors!

I have tried a bunch of different dance sneakers and these are BY FAR the best. They spin incredibly. I can do pirouettes on carpet. They look the best. I went from struggling through three one footed spins to getting five within a week with these shoes. They do run a bit big so definitely recommend buying one size down from your street shoe.

I need wide shoes which are pretty hard to find for dance shoes. Bought these and hoped for the best as reviews and said they came up wider than some other brands. Can honestly say I am not disappointed with them at all. Granted I did go up in size to what I normally have but my toes do have room to move and not being squashed to the tip of the shoe, Cushioned well ,as that is something else I need after toe fusion . What if I get the wrong size?
Exchange it. You have 30 days to swap for another size or return it for a full refund. Order your normal sneaker size, and if you are between sizes the size guide lists the foot length for every size. Try them on indoors on carpet so they stay resellable.
Are the sneakers waterproof or stain resistant?
They are water resistant and stain resistant, not waterproof. The upper sheds a splash and wipes clean, so light rain on the way in is fine and a spilled drink is not a disaster. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Are the shoes true to size?
Yes, our shoes are true to size. Order your normal sneaker size. If you are between sizes, the size chart on every product page and the size guide will confirm it.
How do I clean my new sneakers?
Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. For tougher marks, a small amount of mild soap does the job. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Do your sneakers fit wide feet?
Our standard styles are a regular width with a roomy toe box. For genuine width, Flow 2 Wide is a true 2E to 4E fit with more room across the ball of the foot and the toes, on the same SPYNFLEX® sole and the same 10 mm drop. Order your normal sneaker size in either.
How do I clean my soles?
Scrub the sole with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or an old toothbrush, then wipe it dry. That lifts most floor marks. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives, which dull the polyurethane and wear the texture off the sole.
