Cushioned Comfort comes from a removable memory foam insole that absorbs shock and supports long sessions. It’s tapered to add heel height and mirror traditional dance shoes.
Breathable premium microfibre suede and performance mesh lining work together to create a lightweight, durable, and airy fit. Side vents and mesh enhance airflow to keep feet cool and comfortable during intense dancing or daily wear.

How to measure your foot
- Paper on a hard floor, one edge against a wall.
- Stand on it, heel to the wall, in the socks you dance in.
- Mark your longest toe. It is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark.

This is my first time ever using dance sneakers and I am impressed. They slide soooo nicely. I only wore them around the house for less than an hour before I used them for a whole weekend at a festival and they didn’t hurt my feet or give me blisters at all! They were so amazing having to dance on a very sticky, very sweaty floor due to no AC. I tried wearing my normal sneakers to do a dance and immediately had to change back into my dance shoes cause It was sticky. They fit my wide feet very well too which I really appreciate. I now have 3 pairs of the Pulse “ FLOW” dance shoes. Two in black and 1 in white . I ordered the “Bianco” and did not like the loose fit. The exchange was easy . What is risk free shopping?

How long does shipping take?
For Australia and New Zealand, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. For all other countries outside Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, delivery can take up to 21 business days, although orders often arrive sooner.
What if I get the wrong size?
Exchange it. You have 30 days to swap for another size or return it for a full refund. Order your normal sneaker size, and if you are between sizes the size guide lists the foot length for every size. Try them on indoors on carpet so they stay resellable.
Are the sneakers waterproof or stain resistant?
They are water resistant and stain resistant, not waterproof. The upper sheds a splash and wipes clean, so light rain on the way in is fine and a spilled drink is not a disaster. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Are the shoes true to size?
Yes, our shoes are true to size. Order your normal sneaker size. If you are between sizes, the size chart on every product page and the size guide will confirm it.
How do I clean my new sneakers?
Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. For tougher marks, a small amount of mild soap does the job. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Do your sneakers fit wide feet?
Our standard styles are a regular width with a roomy toe box. For genuine width, Flow 2 Wide is a true 2E to 4E fit with more room across the ball of the foot and the toes, on the same SPYNFLEX® sole and the same 10 mm drop. Order your normal sneaker size in either.
How do I clean my soles?
Scrub the sole with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or an old toothbrush, then wipe it dry. That lifts most floor marks. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives, which dull the polyurethane and wear the texture off the sole.
What dance styles are these shoes for?
All of them. The sole turns on the spot and grips when you plant, which is what line dancing, shuffling, salsa, bachata, west coast swing, zouk, kizomba and hip hop each ask for. They work indoors on sprung or vinyl floors and outdoors on concrete.
