Flow 2 White is a white dance shoe built as a sneaker: our most supportive style, with cushioned landings and turns that release under the ball of the foot. The all-white profile passes as an everyday sneaker, so the same pair does a Tuesday class, a Saturday social and the coffee run in between.
SMOOTH WHEN YOU TURN
On a grippy hall floor, runners catch on the turn. The SPYNFLEX® sole is engineered for dance instead: pivot zones under the ball of the foot and heel let a turn release, the multi-textured surface around them balances glide with grip, and flex grooves let the sole bend where your foot bends. Indoor and outdoor on one sole: timber, lino and vinyl inside, concrete, footpath and grass outside, without wearing down the way a suede sole does.

Flow 2 is our most supportive dance sneaker. The structured upper holds your foot through turns and quick changes of direction without adding weight, and a shock-absorbing heel takes the impact off your knees and joints through a long class. A 10 mm heel-to-toe drop keeps you balanced and stable underfoot.
COMFORT YOU CAN FINE-TUNE
The removable GROOVECLOUD® insole layers soft memory foam over shock-absorbing foam, so it stays cushioned through a long session without losing floor feel. Lift it out to fit the orthotics your podiatrist made, or swap in a slimmer insole if you'd like a little more room.
LIGHT ON YOUR FEET
The AIRDANCE+® upper is premium microfibre that flexes with your foot and supports it where it counts. Breathable sections at the toe and sides and a microfibre mesh lining move heat out of the shoe, which you'll notice in a January class as much as in a packed winter hall.
Tumbled and smooth panels give the all-white finish some depth while keeping the look clean.

SPYNFLEX® is a single, uniform proprietary polyurethane sole made for dance movement. It feels predictable across the whole shoe, with reinforced pivot points for turns and multi-layered texturing that balances movement, grip and control on smooth surfaces.
Can I dance on carpet in these?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole still helps you turn with its pivot points, but carpet has more friction than wood or vinyl, so movement feels slower. The sole is designed for spinning on smooth surfaces above all.
Will these glide on a wooden floor the way a suede sole does?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole is made for smooth surfaces, including wood. The uniform polyurethane surface feels controlled and predictable underfoot, with reinforced pivot points to support turns and multi-layered texturing for grip, glide and control.
What is the heel-to-toe drop, and does it matter?
Heel-to-toe drop is the height difference between the heel and forefoot. Every shoe in the current range has a 10 mm drop, giving you a lightly raised heel rather than a completely flat stance.

They are not waterproof, and resistance to marks varies by material. AIRDANCE+® microfibre can be wiped clean, while Volt's cotton canvas needs a gentler touch. Blot spills promptly, spot clean and avoid soaking or machine washing.
How do I clean my new sneakers?
For AIRDANCE+® microfibre, use a soft damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. For Volt's cotton canvas, blot gently rather than scrubbing. Let the shoes air dry away from direct heat. Do not soak or machine wash them.
How do I clean my soles?
Use warm, lightly soapy water and a soft cloth or old toothbrush. Work gently around the textured areas, wipe away the residue and let the soles dry before dancing. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive tools.
