Flow 2 Black puts a black upper over a white sole, the classic contrast, on our most supportive dance sneaker. It holds your foot through turns and quick footwork, softens the landings, and looks like a sneaker you'd wear anyway, so it goes with jeans as easily as dancewear.
SMOOTH WHEN YOU TURN
The SPYNFLEX® sole is engineered for dance. Smooth pivot zones under the ball of the foot and heel let a turn go where you send it, the multi-textured surface around them holds when you plant, and flex grooves let the sole move with your foot instead of against it. It works the same on a timber studio floor, a lino community hall and the concrete outside.

It keeps your foot secure through quick changes of direction without adding weight, and the shock-absorbing heel takes the impact off your knees and joints, which you'll appreciate two hours into a class in a hall with no aircon. COMFORT YOU CAN FINE-TUNE
Inside is the removable GROOVECLOUD® insole: memory foam on top for the landing, shock-absorbing foam underneath so you don't sink through it and the floor feel stays. It lifts straight out for your own orthotics, or trade it for a slimmer insole to free up a bit of room.
LIGHT ON YOUR FEET
AIRDANCE+® premium microfibre keeps the upper light and flexible while still supporting the foot. Perforations at the toe and sides and a microfibre mesh lining let the heat out, so the shoe stays comfortable in Aussie heat and through a long social.
Tumbled and smooth panels add depth to the black upper, and the white sole keeps the whole thing fresh. Dancewear, denim or something sharper, it works.

What is the SPYNFLEX® sole, and how does it help me turn?
SPYNFLEX® is a single, uniform proprietary polyurethane sole made for dance movement. It feels predictable across the whole shoe, with reinforced pivot points for turns and multi-layered texturing that balances movement, grip and control on smooth surfaces.
Can I dance on carpet in these?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole still helps you turn with its pivot points, but carpet has more friction than wood or vinyl, so movement feels slower. The sole is designed for spinning on smooth surfaces above all.
Will these glide on a wooden floor the way a suede sole does?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole is made for smooth surfaces, including wood. The uniform polyurethane surface feels controlled and predictable underfoot, with reinforced pivot points to support turns and multi-layered texturing for grip, glide and control.
What is the heel-to-toe drop, and does it matter?
Heel-to-toe drop is the height difference between the heel and forefoot. Every shoe in the current range has a 10 mm drop, giving you a lightly raised heel rather than a completely flat stance.

How do I clean my new sneakers?
For AIRDANCE+® microfibre, use a soft damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. For Volt's cotton canvas, blot gently rather than scrubbing. Let the shoes air dry away from direct heat. Do not soak or machine wash them.
How do I clean my soles?
